Opening Hours
$50 Deposit Required to Secure Your Booking
This deposit does not apply to memberships.
Your deposit is deducted from the cost of your booked treatment or consultation. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. With sufficient notice, your deposit can be refunded or transferred to a new appointment.
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, or do not attend your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to secure another booking.
Changing Your Appointment
Appointment changes can be requested by messaging E’Aesthetics Skin or through the E’Aesthetics Skin App.
Changes through the app can only be made up to 48 hours before your appointment. Please ensure you use the mobile number or email address associated with your booking when accessing or changing your appointment.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time so your full appointment can be completed. If you arrive late, your treatment may need to be shortened to avoid impacting the next client.
Arriving 30 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment time will result in cancellation of the appointment and forfeiture of your deposit.

There is no card surcharge. Any remaining treatment balance is due at the end of your appointment.
Young Clients
A parent or guardian must remain present throughout the appointment for clients aged 16 or younger.
Can I purchase a gift voucher?
Yes. Gift vouchers are available online or in clinic and are valid for three years from the date of purchase. They cannot be used toward memberships, and promotional vouchers exclude retail products.
A voucher may also be used toward an appointment deposit. If an appointment is missed or cancelled within the applicable late-cancellation period, $50 will be deducted from the voucher in line with our booking policy.
Saint Minerals Makeup
Saint Minerals makeup is available to purchase online or in clinic.
If you need help finding the right shade, you can book a $89 colour-match appointment. The appointment fee is fully redeemable on Saint Minerals products purchased as part of your appointment.
Circadia Products
Circadia home-care products are available to purchase directly through E’Aesthetics Skin. Circadia products are not available through online checkout
Products can be collected from the clinic or shipped directly to you. Postage may apply to orders under $150.
