Eliza deliberately allows more time with new clients because she wants to understand the whole picture before deciding what to treat.
A typical first appointment includes a detailed conversation about your skin, lifestyle, treatment history, medications and goals, followed by skin analysis and treatment.
There is time to ask questions.
There is also time for Eliza to explain what she sees, what she recommends and why.
That approach is particularly important with concerns such as ageing, pigmentation and changes in skin quality, where the right treatment plan usually involves more than choosing a treatment from a menu.
